We had fun learning how to make Christmas cookies. We had help from our friends in the 1st grade. We made vanilla & chocolate cookies. The recipe is 1 cake mix (do not follow directions on the box), 1 8 oz. container of cream cheese softened, 1 cup of butter softened. Mix together and roll into balls. Bake at 350 for 7- 10 minutes. They are delicious. Of course you can't eat cookies without drinking a big glass of milk. All the children from our class and Mrs. Merritt's class enjoyed eating our cookies and drinking our milk.
