Exploring the Arb

Granny and the girls and I spent yesterday afternoon at the Arboretum.  It is a gorgeous place!  There are wooded areas, swamp land, meadows, a pond, and garden after beautiful garden.

The weather was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

We have had a lot of rain and I knew parts of the Arb would be muddy, so I let the girls wear their new rain boots.

Of course, that meant they could play in the mud!

The kids ran and played and explored everything they could.

And we took lots and lots of pictures. 

It was a perfect afternoon.
