It's Egg Time

Katherine and I did not have school today, so we made a date with Granny and Poppy to dye some Easter eggs.  Our friend Laura and her mom came too, so it was a grand dye party!

Poppy's special dye-through-a-paper-towel eggs were quite popular - they have a cool tie-dyed look.

We all laughed about the first time Rachel dyed eggs two years ago.  We stripped her to her diaper and she was a wild thing - tossing eggs in and out of dye, climbing on the table, dying her hands, belly, and tongue in the process.  She was positively sedate this year compared to that!

Of course, there was some sampling of the finished product, too.  These girls love hard-boiled eggs!
