Michaelmas is a festival that marks the turning of the seasons for us as well as it is a celebration of strength, goodness and courage. Inspired by Christiane Kutiks Jahreszeitenbuch we made a large bread decorated with a sword representing the story of Michael and his fight against the dragon.
