Destroyers!

So soccer leagues for two and three year olds are hard to find and when you find them they are CRAZY expensive for what you get, so my local mom friends and I decided to start our own toddler soccer class. Together we have nine toddlers and the collaborative skills to teach these kids something about teamwork and pre-soccer skills, while having fun, after all I did teach PE for 3 years- how hard can this be right? Well we did some research, made a play schedule, bought some equipment, and even had some shirts made. We were ready to go!

Ella, Lola, and Ellie are ready to start having fun!

Ellie and Lola are huddled up and ready for warm-ups!
 Playtime!
All of us moms and dads took turns leading those pre-skills games and drills. Red-light Green-light, flag-tag, goal kicks, dribble it into the hula hoop, and pass!

Here's a close up of Homemade shirts!

I will say it went much better than expected but we still have a long way to go!
We will keep you posted on how this makeshift league develops.
GO DESTROYERS!
