The girls had their first Thanksgiving feast of the year at preschool. Each family brought a dish and the whole preschool sat together to enjoy the feast. Just look at all those cute little pilgrims!
Tony and I have been talking about Thanksgiving with the girls. We have read a few books about the history of the first Thanksgiving, but mostly we have been focusing on the concept of being Thankful. This year we asked the girls what they were most thankful for and I recorded what they said on little cards. We have these little cards posted around the house to remind us to be Thankful! (To be honest Tony and I were quite surprised and pleased to hear what out little ones were thankful for.)
