a new Christmas tradition

Attending the Parade of Lights in the San Diego harbor will have to become an annual family tradition. It was such an unexpected wonderful relaxing evening full of play and Christmas spirit.  We headed down to Shelter Island prepared with a pic-nic dinner and lots of warm cloths. We set up in the perfect spot, right next to the playground and steps ways from the pier where we viewed the adorned boats. As you could imagine the girls were in heaven at the playground and loved the watching the excitement gather around.
